Our residents are mostly working professionals. Many of them are from corporate backgrounds and we also have doctors and teachers with us.

City Co Homes provides all the basic amenities which includes:

3. Digital lock security gate
4. Floor Supervisor
5. Yoga area
6. Entertainment area
7. Common kitchen on each floor
8. Attached balcony

City Co Homes provides dedicated parking facility for car and bike owners at a very nominal cost.

Safety of our residents is top notch priority. City Co Homes have four layers of security system: 24*7 CCTV camera, digital lock gate, Security guard and floor supervisor

Since most of our residents are working professionals. So, we understand the importance of high-speed internet connection for our residents. Yes, it’s included in the rent.

City Co Homes have dedicated staff for maintaining cleanliness in the premises. It’s the management responsibility to maintain cleanliness for our residents and we don’t charge anything from our residents.

We have three categories of rooms available:

• Single occupancy
• Double occupancy
• Trile occupancy

City Co Homes have a common kitchen area on each floor which allows the residents to cook their own food. Also, we have a dedicated cooking staff which prepares meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We charge a very nominal fee from our residents to serve home-made food and deliver it at their door step.

Electricity is not included in the rent. Sub meters are installed for every room so that members at MiNest pay for exactly what they use.

Members can use the washing machines available in the launderette free of cost whenever they want. However laundry service is available on chargeable basis.
